BLOC MEMBERSHIP OVERVIEWThank you for your interest in becoming a member of BLOC, We are always looking for quality members to join our group. The Business Leaders of Charlotte (BLOC) is not your standard networking/leads group. We are an organization that is committed to building business through relationships. The emphasis is on relationship building, rather than leads exchange. Eventually, when we know and trust each other, we are in a position to surround our clients with friends in business, and add value to each relationship, while enhancing our business. |

Additionally, we are committed to give back to the community that we serve with community involvement events, usually raising funds and awareness for a local non-profit. We have monthly membership meetings (luncheon), and monthly after hours events (open to the public), along with bi-annual community involvement events. We do offer industry exclusivity within the chapters to our members, so that there is not competition for the same dollar amongst membership.
We encourage you to attend our monthly After Hours event if you have yet to do so and see if the group is the right fit for you and your business.
DUES & MEMBERSHIP PROCESS
If you are interested in membership after attending the After Hours Event and the Chapter Luncheon, and there is still an opening for your industry, please ask for and complete the Membership Application and Member Expectations forms.
BLOC dues are $300 for the year for North, South, and Uptown membership. BLOC dues are $240 for the year for the FLOC chapter. There is a one time $25 application fee and our Membership Committee meets monthly to review and process applications.
