Attended at least one After Hours event
Attended a Chapter Lunch
Confirmed that your industry slot is available and does not conflict with any existing members in your chosen chapter
Spoken with a Chapter Director or Membership Representative regarding your intent to apply
Paid the $25 non-refundable application fee
